Hello everyone, my first review here, I returned my Shark sandals, due to the fact they were cracking and chunks of rubber were coming off of the bottom, it was advised to send them to the resole service for warranty repair. I received them roughly 6 weeks later and they looked absolutely perfect. My wife and I were actually debating whether they were refurbished or brand new!!! and the whole process was completely free!! Thank you Mephisto I will tell all of my friends and continue to purchase your sandals!!!!

I have just had 2 pair of very worn Slip on Mephisto shoes restored. I have had trouble wearing most shoes because of having Morton’s Neuromas in my feet. The Mephisto shoes have solved that issue but I wear them everywhere including gardening and even hiking and hunting. The restorations are really wonderful and the best part is they don’t have to be broken in. They are nearly like having a new shoe at only 1/3 of the cost. Thanks for such quality of workmanship. Also thanks to Mephisto for providing such a high quality restoration service. Their shoes are the best shoe out there and this service extends the shoe life by years. A very happy customer.

Been resoling Mephisto match shoes since the 80’s. I remember working a dead show and discussing Mephistos with Jerry Garcia, jerry said his wife got him into them and was glad she did! But as far as resoling goes it’s the only way to go, you get back a new pair of shoes in and out that’s already shaped to your foot! Very expert quality resoling service.

I have two pairs of Mephisto boots I bought many years ago. They are both the best boots I’ve owned. I had one pair refurbished last year and they came back like new. Now I am sending in my other pair which after close to 20 years of service, need a new lining. Based on my last experience, I am sure these boots will come back evidencing your incredible workmanship.

My beloved Mephisto shoes, bought in France (a model not available in the USA), lost a strap-closure snap when I took a bad fall. The snap was so unusual that no local shoe store could repair or replace it. Finally, a Mephisto dealer nearby suggested that I try NuShoe, apparently a Mephisto-authorized repair shop. I emailed them, and Sandra was tremendously helpful. She asked me for photos of the problem, which I attached. A couple of days later, Olga walked me through the correct way to fill out my online repair order form, emailed me a printed return label, detailed how to send the shoes–and then told me there would be no charge for repairing the Mephistos (as is the case with the guarantee in France), and I would only have to pay the shipping charges of $6 each way, which was done by credit card. It took a couple of weeks, but they came home to me two days ago with beautiful, high-quality repair work all done! I am most impressed. $12 is a small price to pay to have factory-level repair work done to my favorite little walking shoes.

I would like to thank everyone who took part in resoling my favorite Mephisto sandals. I couldn’t believe my eyes when I opened the box – they looked brand new! And they feel like brand new also! The level of quality and craftsmanship is incredible. It was as if I was looking at them for the first time at the shoe store I found them in while on vacation years ago in Canada. This entire experience was even more special because I received them on Christmas Eve during a family gathering at my house, and when I opened the box I was completely speechless. My family said they never saw me so stunned before, and after I caught my breath I explained how Mephisto offers a resoling program. They were surprised also because they’ve seen me wear these sandals for the past 11 years, and how I wouldn’t give them up.
